Another late one.. for the life of me I thought today was leg day but no, it was chest/tri’s day 🤦🏼‍♀️ tomorrow is leg day lol.. either way, killed it and added 20mins of incline treadmill. Ill be sleeping like a baby tonight. 😮‍💨😮‍💨
