IT’S WEIRD, BEING THE SAME AGE AS OLD PEOPLE. I certainly do not feel old at age 71. Especially after# doing frequent exercise and sleeping soundly at night! 3 UPDATES: - Tuesday was a Cardio day. Did some planning for next 12-week challenge. So didn’t get a chance to share a post. - Wednesday/ Yesterday was a Rest Day with lots of activities all day and evening. I will make it up on Sunday. - Thursday/Today I pumped out a solid 5-25 LBWO. Singing at church tonight for Holy Thursday service.
