Good evening fit fam. Freestyle Friday number 144 for my final lunch escape of the week. An unscripted, second go at some of my favorites. A final muscle tune before the weekend. Late update. Did: 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press (done on a Smith Machine), 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of CG pulldowns, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of Iso-leverage rows, 4 sets of machine preacher curls (plate loading unit), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 100 weighted bench crunches, and one 60 second dragon flag hold. Threw in 40 pushups for good measure. Moderate but challenging weights on everything. This one seemed to favor the back. Just where the iron lead me. Off to Tampa tomorrow for my usual weekend by the pool and hot tub! We work hard to look good in our swimsuits. Anything wrong with that? Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
