This site may be back but once again it won't let me post my workouts. so, here's a description of what I did today in my garage gym: Slight decline bench presses - 140 lbs, lat cable pull-downs - 110 lbs, incline DB flyes - 25 lbs per arm, DB incline rows - 40 lbs per arm. 6 sets of 10 on each exercise.
