After failing last time, due to many upsetting and terrible events in my life, I’m back!!!! I’ve got a new gym, and been threw the worst life has to throw at me. Its onwards and upwards now. New training program, and a new target. This fat middleaged old man is back to kick *** and tranform myself massively. Cant wait to get started!
