Well i did my body weight and body fat and measurements my weight and body fat not as bad as i thought but my measurements are Terrible but thats what i get for not doing any cardio or exercise or weight training for 6 months and eating like crap but it all start to shange today cant wait to see my progress in 4 months just wait and see
