Living in semi rural South Carolina’s Low Country, neighbors are farms and folks that ride horses. Looking from my garage gym, a wonderful interruption, neighbors going one way - “walking” - then shortly thereafter return at a full gallop. The clip clop was simply sensational. The aural experience. Are those scenes you see and noise you hear from your big box gym? One observation of the difference of folks from Ponte Vedra FL and here in Conway SC, is noticeable in the parking lot of the Publix in PV, and the lot in front of the Food Lion in SC. But if I needed some real help and folks that hang in there with you, the latter is the reality. There is something about wealth that makes many people arrogant and miserable.

Still no weight loss this week but did an inbody and down another 1% bodyfat so progresds is happening. Only down .2 skeletal muscle mass. Strength was better more consistent this week as well. Have a great day fitfam!
