Good evening fit fam. Freestyle Friday number 147 for my final lunch escape of the week. A second go at some of my favorites. A final pump before the weekend. Did: 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press, 4 sets of two handle seated cable rows, 4 sets of Iso-leverage rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of Hammer Strength iso-lateral "wide chest", 4 sets of machine lateral raises, 4 sets of machine preacher curls (plate loading unit), 100 weighted bench crunches and one 60 second dragon flag hold. No pressure to make big numbers. Just having fun in the iron playground. Off to Tampa tomorrow for pool sports, healthy snacks and champagne! Hope that everyone had a great day.
