Up nice and early, got a workout in while the rest of the family are still in bed. Ive decided that I want to do a spartan race next year. Im in horrific shape right now, but having a clear goal of something I want to accomplish has really lit a fire in me to work my butt off and show up to that race next year fully prepared!
