Finally, medicine after 3 weeks.👍 Husband, let me sleep in today, too! Helped me out last night... that kidney pain is never fun. I thought I was going to vomit until I took a pain killer. The medicine started working.

Just try to workout 4-6 days a week and get accountability encouraged support when you check in here in our Body Space group. Feel the vibe team! -THURSDAY- Ran around the Campground and did a 5-25 Cardio. It felt glorious! -FRIDAY- Was a Rest day as we returned home from our camping trip. -SATURDAY- Today was Enduro UBWO. Used lighter DBs and high Reps.
