A couple shots from todays leg day𦵠been loving the tension and pump coming from straight legs deadlifts. Been emphasizing the concentric and bottom pause with each rep, and the lifts have been going great. LFG FitFam, #StayHungry

Just got some amazing medical news, my untreatable, immovable and crippling syrinx in my spine from breaking my neck has now disappeared! Which is a miracle! Excited to hear back from the new neuro and seeing whether or not im medically cleared!
Took a while off the gym to get more info and more info is needed as of now but starting to get my cardio back in line with some stationary bike sessions! Definitely need to get back in the swing of things and get my diet back in check!
Feeling blessed! Slow but steady! ðª
