Good evening fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Pull down edition. Did: 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of CG pulldowns, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pulldowns, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls (plate loading unit), and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench. Happy numbers for today were 200 lbs x 10 on the WG pulldowns - matches my best. Working up to the low 100's on everything else back. Pull down edition of back day is always on the top of my list!
