Cardio and legs today. Wraps up the BPS program Ive been following. Now whether to repeat same again (which ive enjoyed) or do the follow up to it? Still body part split but the first week each day is 30rep sets, followed by 15rep sets week 2, 8reps week 3 and 4reps week 4 â¦. Repeat.

I got the worst news yesterday. My mom won't be alive much longer. I was really hoping we had more time together. She told me when she was lucid for a minute,crying she doesn't want to die but its happening. All I want is for her and I to enjoy a full conversation again,but that isn't going to happen..ð But at least for a minute, she saw me and was able to take my hug. This just sucks.ð
