Ive always done every muscle once a week. I see people saying twice a week. But the load and volume I use. Would be counter productive. However. I nor mally do bench then dumbells for chest. But when it come to shoulder day. As i only do delts i thought id try a few sets of dumbells flat and incline on shoulder day aswel. Today training chest flat dumbrll press shot up 20 % and got prs on incline dumbell press.
