Today BS wouldn't post my workout even though it recorded it. I did the following in my garage (6 sets of 10 for each exercise): leg extensions with 45 lbs per leg, incline torso rotations with 42.5 lbs, leg curls with 45 lbs per leg, incline crunches with 42.5 lbs, DB squats with 42.5 lbs per arm, and standing calf raises with 42.5 lbs per arm. It went well.
