Woke up super light🥰full body n 30 min treadmill.....great way to start my day!..lesson learned...you have to eat right to change your body!...focusing on protein intake...lowER carbs...healthier snack options!...melting like butter!

Funny, I always flex my left and take the pic with my right (I'm left handed). Turns out I DO have a right bicep after all! Hahahaha Note...logging all my workouts on Ryse, so not accepting new FRs here. Just keep coming back to see my friends and share progress. Keep grinding and happy Friday Eve!
