Arms and shoulders at the gym today. I did a giant set of 6 sets of 10 on each of the following exercises: standing 1-arm curls at 25 lbs. per arm, triceps DB kickbacks at 30 lbs. per arm, upright BB rows at 50 lbs., monkey rows at 35 lbs. per arm, split-rope overhead extensions at 85 lbs., standing 1-arm cable curls at 40 lbs. per arm, cable sword draws at 50 lbs per arm, cable vertical delt raise at 50 lbs. per arm.
