At 1.6 Mil- Am going to push it and make 2.5 Mil by Friday. Having taken Sunday to work outdoors really lets you realize you need 6 hard days to make 2.5 Mil. So it is always a stretch, just that I have been doing it routinely for months now. Got to go to Dr to get implant Fri but will get up early and make up the difference on what is needed. Goals are made to make FitFam.

4. Standing Smith machine military presses.
5. Plate side laterals and hold.

8. EZ bar underhand grip bicep curls.
9. EZ bar overhand reversed grip bicep curls.
10. Standing cable machine high pulley bicep curls.
