Leg day , I popped something in my quad a few weeks ago but is fine but still playing smart with it, first week was hamstrings only last leg day was 60% normal weights for quads for 4sets of 15reps this week going up to 80% 4 set 15 , next leg day will be back to 100% all out again if feels fine ðªð»
On the menu is adductor , leg extension , hack squat , seated leg curl , dumbbell straight leg deadlift , walking lunges then calfs

I haven't been able to train for 5 weeks now and I probably won't be back to the gym before a couple of months. I had a bad fall on my back when my bus braked suddenly to avoid a pedestrian. I just couldn't get up or walk and the pain was terrible . Little by little I'm slowly recovering my mobility and am now able to walk again slowly but there's still a long way to go and I still haven't left my house. I really miss the gym ! I' haven't lost too much muscle though and try to get some exercise at home. I also missed a step when going down the stairs and hurt my knees , nothing too serious fortunately but it slowed my progress somehow
. I'm glad I was in good shape before the accident for it helped my recovery a lot. I hope I will be able to resume training at the gym soon but it takes patience. In the meantime I try to remain positive and keep my diet healthy .
