Okay I have put my summer cut off for to long. I am officially carnivore diet for the next 3 months. Last time I dropped 34 lbs and was starting to see my abs. This time I see it all the way through. Target 10-12% body fat and cut. I have been back on it for a week now and I feel better. My carb cravings have gone away and now I can sit at night on the couch and not think about potato chips in the panty. Only fittness from here. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning for the fist time in months. I know I will have a hell of a journey ahead of me but I actually enjoy it. Nothing like hitting the gym hard.
