took my dog for a walk followed up with a modified full body weight session didn't do legs, abs and cardio lower reps higher weight this morning

Happy Friday☀️Morning! Did a short Walk (7.5K steps) but with more intensity... gonna train FullBody in the next hour, get it in early. Wgt+ BF dropped to 134.9lbs+ 18% with Visceral Fat at "4" Woohoo! I must be doing something right lol Let's Keep It Going! Later💋
