Today I did some cardio and some core workouts and stretched out really good my lower back started hurting me again I think I know what it might be. I think it’s the sciatic nerve it runs from your lower back down the back of your leg to your foot and just doing like some cardio like walking and core workouts like your lower back and abs and stretching out is the best thing to do for it and help with it I give god all the praise and glory for helping with to do some cardio and core workouts and stretch out and it really helped me out a lot I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and weekend.
