Good morning fitfam!!! Well its back to work after a three day weekend with family and friends! Pretty much stayed tge course on diet,with a few indulgences! Just under six weeks until shoulder surgery! Cardio and legs baby!! Have a great day!

Revised my end of month to 11.5 Mil. Stopped to figure out all of the project stuff I have to do outdoors during the long weekend and have to start with outdoor work first. I will be happy with 11.5 Mil since I project the need for about 16 hours of outdoor work needed. Always stuff to keep you busy. Have a great Monday FitFam and thanks as always for the support.

Good morning fit fam, happy monday. Started the week off with legs. Did 4x8 for 265lbs on back squats. Rest of the lifting session went well. Conditioning was rough today with sled pushes n drags. Push day tomorrow. GO CRUSH MONDAY!
