Getting down on myself for knowing I won’t reach my Memorial Day goal so I had to remind myself of how far I’ve come since the new year resolution of 2023. It may not happen as fast as we’d like but if you keep at it you’ll get there eventually. Stay strong my friends !

What do you guys think; i think my beard helps my body unassuming. Its as if a lot of people see the big beard snd think ill be a little fluffy too. Im just asking because a few people that i see at the gym very often came up to me tbe last few times im working out and have made coments about xyz
