Happiness is inside you and the energy you give to what you do. Abundance is not about how much you have, it’s how you feel about what you have. When you take things for granted, your happiness gets taken away.

Great workout tonight, maxed out some arm machines. Guess I thought I was 40 years old. Told son tonight 70 year old man still got some sxxt left. Laughed and said that's great dad!
