Week 3 post-surgery: no active range of motion allowed yet, PT is manually moving my arm through range of motion according to protocol. I’m exactly where they want me, but it really hurts to get me there 😫. still sleeping in immobilizer brace and wearing a sling the rest of the day. Computer work has become a lot more tolerable now that I can comfortably rest my arm on the desk.
