Well its been a minuit eh’! Still working out and doing the best that i can. Ive welcomed a nutritionist into my program to help me reach my goals! Some days i feel i have control others i feel like im lost in the forest. But the scale is moving the inches are moving in the right direction and i have more energy! Today is chest glutes abs…. Lets go!

Hey hey it's Tuesday!! 😁🔥 3:30 am legs and abs: stretching, 60 crunches, 5x12 leg ext 17kg + 5x20 bbell squats 2kg, 4x12's front db squats 5kg + lying leg curls 17kg, 3x15 lunges 5kg + 3x12 lying leg curls 17kg, 4x20 standing calf raises 8kg, 4x12 step ups (each leg) 5kg, 3x1 min plank + 2x20 knee/hip raise on par bar + 30 seated leg tucks + 100 stick twists + 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching.
