6 weeks post surgery update: I can finally begin to use my bicep, but nothing over 2 to 3 pounds. Starting a few new exercises in PT, mostly passive and assisted stretching. Excited to start table slides, which I can do at home daily! Sadly, my elbows have continued to be a problem. I have a follow up appointment for the elbows and left wrist next Friday!
