Weekend light workout. Chest, Back, Shoulders. Move forward with Week 1 RSP Chisel training. Combine woth Body Beast Weight Training Work out into Week 4 Bulk Training. Apply Cardio with Kick Boxing, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Kenpo.
