Cardio at gym, rest of workout at home.. rearranged my gym at home. Started doing deadlifts and many other variations of my program Thought might be good to change a few things instead of same thing over and over again. Does feel good 👍

You ever work long days, have too much work to do, workout every day. I read on here about how much you have to do and how hard it is. People are capable of so much more than they "think" they can do, but they refuse to push themselves past the hard part. You know what: Pain does not stop the body. There's nothing that hurts so badly that you can't keep going just a little longer. I hear someone say, "I can't."Frankly, that's crap. Next time you're tempted to say you "can't," remember that what you're really saying is, "I don't want to."
