It was LEGS DAY for a Saturday! Trying to stay consistent here.
I went into the gym rather late, so I didn't have as much energy as I had wanted ... And of course, it happened to be everyone's leg day! I had to wait for the equipment to become available and I couldn't do all that I wanted to do because of time constraints. Frustrating.
But at least I got something done! ð¥ð¥ð¥
The results ... Still keeping the shape! ðª
