3:30 am legs and abs: stretching, 60 crunches, 5x12 leg ext 17kg + 5x20 bbell squats 1kg, 4x12 front db squats 5kg + 4x12 lying leg curls 17kg, 3x15 lunges 5kg + 3x12 lying leg curls 17kg, 4x20 standing calf raises 7kg, 4x12 (each leg) step ups 4kg, 3x1 min plank + 2x20 knee/hip raise on par bar + 30 seated leg tucks + 100 stick twists + 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching. Happy Tuesday guys 😀👍

It was LEGS DAY for a Saturday! Trying to stay consistent here. I went into the gym rather late, so I didn't have as much energy as I had wanted ... And of course, it happened to be everyone's leg day! I had to wait for the equipment to become available and I couldn't do all that I wanted to do because of time constraints. Frustrating. But at least I got something done! 💥💥💥 The results ... Still keeping the shape! 💪 ➡️ Antics! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ...
