Got my implant placed in yesterday. They say I can't lift for 5-7 days. Good luck. I'll take it easy this weekend, and see how I feel around Monday. Otherwise no way I can make goal. I'll listen to my body, and will be cautious. Shojuld be able to et a new tooth in by Sept. Can't wait, but have to.

Ive been doing my early start mini workoits to get moving and ive really been getting bavk into my golf after a long lay off. Feels like the scale is moving down again which is long overdue!
