Today I did my upper body workout chest triceps shoulders and core muscles and I give god all the praise and glory for helping me push myself through it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for his praise and glory not my own I thank him for helping me do everything and not hurt or worsen my lower back I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and week and today I hope everyone remembers the reason for this day and gives thanks to all the men and women who gave up their lives fighting for our freedom we have today.
