FITNESS STARTS IN YOUR HEAD. YOU MUST CHOOSE TO EAT CLEAN, EXERCISE REGULARLY, AND TREAT YOUR BODY WITH RESPECT. We all have our good times and our times when a barrier appears. I’m pleased that my health and strength are on the upswing! Getting COVID during my January to March 12-week round left my body all wrinkled where muscles had been previously. Now they are starting to get pumped up again! They aren’t where they were last year. Am very grateful to be on the rebound this round! 2-DAY UPDATE: - THURSDAY- Yesterday was 5-25 Cardio on our home stationary bike. Finally got some time up in the level 4 yellow zone! - FRIDAY- Today was a rigorous 5-25 LBWO. I’m finding the 25 and 30-lb DBs aren’t as hard to hold onto as they were last round!
