Back when my gym was Gold’s, they had a little small room that they called the Women’s workout area. Now that it’s EOS it’s the Serenity Studio or some sh!t like that. It’s full of pink and white equipment that I guess is for women. I don’t know what women these machines are made for but they are not made for someone who is 5‘3“ because I do not fit on any of that equipment. Everything is just too big, too long, too high. I can’t use it. I tried tonight because it was leg day and I didn’t feel like waiting. The gym was super crowded but I ended up just standing around waiting because the “womens” lying leg curl machine is made for someone who’s like 6 feet tall apparently. 🙃
