Got my workout in before work busy than i thought. Although there was a moment when I got my bottle of water to drink and squeezed it too hard it got all over my face I choked a little and couldnt help but just laugh ði felt so dumb . I just shook it off and continued my workout. At least it was refreshing. ð¬

AFTER SHOULDERS TRIs AND BIsâ¦. I rucked 12 miles in 4 hours. Some times I wonder ⦠WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING???? ð³ð³ð³ I survived and kicked *** though! Happy Saturday!
