Gym Tales : All things considered we had a good staff during my time as a gym employee,through one time I was called in the office.The staffer informed me that one trainer was losing clients,everyone was coming to her office to ask for a different trainer,and no one told her why.Since I was on the floor,either working out or working,did I see anything.Said trainer,an older guy, was mean to clients and also had them doing things that no newbee could do well.I had seen a few things and felt uncomfortable,to interfere would be awkward. He was later phased out.I was surprised to learn that no trainers had to get updates on training ,once you were hired,that was it.
