Good evening fit fam. It was Friday freestyle number 148 for my final lunch escape of the week. Filling in the missing spaces or a second go at some of my favorites. Doing whatever felt right at the moment. Here's how it went. Did: 4 sets of V-squats, 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press (done on a Smith Machine), 4 sets of WG, plate loading leverage pulldowns, 4 sets of barbell shrugs, 4 sets of pec flies, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 100 weighted side crunches and one 65 second dragon flag hold. Took the V-squats up to 230 lbs x 10. The minute-five dragon flag hold was a personal best. Off to Tampa tomorrow for my usual weekend escape. Tossing the football around the pool has become quite the event as of late! Probably had 25 people join in last week - gals and guys. Fun to watch people try their best to throw that perfect spiral or make that spectacular catch! Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
