I know there are several of you out here that are trainers. Its messages like this that hit you hard. I love what I do. I spent 27 years coaching competitive gymnastics. I started training adults 4.5 years ago. It was a very scary decision to gove up one passion to follow another, but sooo worth it.

I did not think at my age I would be saying I would be visiting my Moms grave. That my older brother and I would be picking out clothing to have a memory bear made for our kids to hold. It's surreal.
