50 min treadmill no ankle weights...flprotein shopping n healthy snacks cuz I be getting besides myself at night...trying iced coffee w protein powder n protein ice cream tonight to see if I like it...keep in mind this is 230lbs...5 more lbs to lose for goal weight!!🥳
