One step at a time, because you can! 2-DAY UPDATE: -TUESDAY- Yesterday was an Enduro LBWO. 50-Straight Reps X 5 Exercises. -WEDNESDAY- Today hubby & I went on a 10-mile hilly Rails to Trails bike ride. It was in tge 90’s so we enjoyed creating our own breeze in the shady sections. My legs are feeling a need for some stretch’s later.
