Saturday was the opening of Pajarito Bike Park in Los Alamos, NM. We had a blast hit up all the trails. Fit Fam the leg workout is real doing downhill mountain biking all day. I hope you all find something you enjoy that takes your mind off of wordly issues like work. Lol

At gym did my cardio and abs. At home did some deadlifts, something new. Thought it would be easy, not. Was huffing and puffing. 😵‍💫

Walked my dog when I got home from work. Relaxed a bit then hit the park with my sister. I felt tired did only 30 min at the park, but glad i got something in. Hope everyone did a great workout 💪😎
