Today I did my upper body workout chest triceps shoulders and core muscles and I only did a few exercises but with heavier weights and Iâm really thankful god was watching over me when my shoulder gave out instead of the weight hitting me in the face he helped move it more downward and it hit my chest Iâm so thankful for that donât need any more setbacks only moving forward and Iâm very thankful for godâs help on helping me to keep pushing myself forward and doing it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me do it all to begin with I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and week.
