Started June with a Lion's Roar. Got to shake and bake all month. Next week on Friday, finally get my implant from the back tooth that was pulled (4 months waiting and 4 more before crowning). Sometimes we just have to push and keep pushing to the finsih line. Have a beautiful weekend FitFam.

Today I just did some fasted cardio then after I ate breakfast went outside and did some more it took about half more time outside cause the ground is uneven and works my balance more and I use my walker outside to help me with my balance then after I walked I stretched out I give god all the praise and glory for blessing me with the energy to do it all and for it to be nice outside.
