Got my workout in before work busy than i thought. Although there was a moment when I got my bottle of water to drink and squeezed it too hard it got all over my face I choked a little and couldnt help but just laugh 😆i felt so dumb . I just shook it off and continued my workout. At least it was refreshing. 😬

AFTER SHOULDERS TRIs AND BIs…. I rucked 12 miles in 4 hours. Some times I wonder … WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING???? 😳😳😳 I survived and kicked *** though! Happy Saturday!
