Been awhile since I’ve posted still moving foward and slowly bettering myself. Most days are challenging but when you realize how many people half your age ask for lifting advice. I’m in my mid fifties and many people still lean on me for the physical task that they would never try so that keeps me going. This pic is mid summer on a black metal roof fixing a sky light at my dughters house. It was hot and time consuming and almost blacked out but still the only one up for the task so yes I am guving myself a pat on the back.
