Mayhem Monday - y'all know Mondays are days for legs!!! Was definitely not feeling 100, still got it in and put that work in! All pics were taken after session... WORK IT! BE AMBITIOUS & ALWAYS GRATEFUL! Gotta love this bodybuilding lifestyle! Here’s a 2-Day Update: Sunday was an easy going bicycle ride with hubby nesr sunset. Today we went on a river jon boat ride. When we got home I had a blueberry shake, rested a bit, and went to our home fitness nook. Pumped out a 5-25 Upper Body Workout.
