WORK IT! BE AMBITIOUS & ALWAYS GRATEFUL! Gotta love this bodybuilding lifestyle! Hereâs a 2-Day Update: Sunday was an easy going bicycle ride with hubby nesr sunset. Today we went on a river jon boat ride. When we got home I had a blueberry shake, rested a bit, and went to our home fitness nook. Pumped out a 5-25 Upper Body Workout.
