Hey fitfam so there is something I have decided to do that is kinda a big thing.... this is something I've only told a couple of ppl about so far. This might not be fitness related, but this is more about mindset and motivation/ inspiration...... what it is im talking about is writing a book about my crash on October 4th,2009, but not just that ,but how it has turned me into who I AM. I will also talk about life before my accident as well. I feel like this is something I've put off long enough... so i figure its about time.... I have wanted to do this for a while now but I've just never knew how to get started nor have i wanted to put in the work to do it! Well it's time to get things done! Now i may have given myself the daunting task of when i want to get it done and published, but it will keep me honest... I've decided on having this book published and done on October 4th 2024.... So i am giving myself 4 months to do this and keep in mind I've never wrote anything this big.... This will be quite an experience, so guys I will keep you update thru the process!
