It was LEGS DAY for a Saturday! Trying to stay consistent here. I went into the gym rather late, so I didn't have as much energy as I had wanted ... And of course, it happened to be everyone's leg day! I had to wait for the equipment to become available and I couldn't do all that I wanted to do because of time constraints. Frustrating. But at least I got something done! 💥💥💥 The results ... Still keeping the shape! 💪 ➡️ Antics! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... It was BACK DAY for a Friday! I was rather tired. But I forced myself to get through it. ⚡⚡⚡ Antics➡️ ➡️...Only two sets, moderate speed ... And what a pump! ➡️The results! Delts for a Wednesday! (A very late post) Did a workout with my buddy @josephleon7 Light weights, slow and controlled movements. The results! ➡️ Delts work! ➡️ Traps work! I did a wide bar shrug with no weight. It is amazing how just a slight tilt and a focus to bring the elbows straight up and the shoulders back when you hit the top really put my traps on fire! BTW ... No Thursday workout. Except some arm curls. 🍻🤔🙄 ➡️ I did a set of 22s (forgot to record ) for our Vets and those suffering from depression.
