People fall into these life routines. Certain time to get up, go to bed, what time to be done, how much and what to do. If they have more to do than that, or their comfort changes they become uncomfortable and stressed. I am a big believer in stretching yourself out of this "comfort zone", seeing what you can accomplish, and how much more you can do. Viewing it as a challenge rather than a pain changes the whole perspective. When you take part in this, stretching your abilities to the maximum, you cannot help but feel more positive and confident about yourself. Like they say "Grind On."
